FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: device to measure heat conductivity includes a thermal unit, comprising a small measuring heater, a small security heating element, performing a security function in case of measurement of samples of small sizes or a single sample of a large-format structure or performing a function of a large measuring heater in case of measurement of samples of large sizes, a large security heating element and two security plates, a refrigerating unit made of a base and a security plate installed under the base, and a measuring zone arranged between thermal and refrigerating units. Besides, on the base and on each of security plates of the thermal and refrigerating units there are pipes fixed, which make a serpentine pattern, along which a heat transfer medium flows in case of the thermal unit and a cooling medium in case of a refrigerating unit. At the same time on each of two end sides of the device there is additionally a side security zone placed in the form of a system of at least two pipes with the heat transfer medium.
