FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic video surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system through a colour television camera with all-round view in a region closer to a hemisphere, i.e. in a solid angle of 360 degrees on the azimuth and tens of degrees on the angle of elevation.
