FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of large-diameter oblong laminar pipes. Proposed PRU comprises strip reel unwinder, feed turn table with straightening-stretching roller device, machines to chamfer pipe billet ends, unit for metal deposition and adhesion of metal layers of lamina metal pipe billets, unit to assemble and weld said pipe billets to oblong pipes and hydraulic press for expansion and hydraulic testing of said pipes. It differs from known designs in that claimed PRU included drum-spool with drive and idle journals and groove for feed of strips. Drum-spool OD equals laminar metal pipe billet ID. Said drum-spool is actuated by gear train. Stationary casing houses the lever that can be displaced in horizontal plane by drive with worm reduction gearbox. Cover houses the radial thrust bearing. There are units for radial and horizontal welding of pipe-billet layers and run-out table.EFFECT: higher safety, non-polluting process.5 cl, 2 dwg |
