FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: screenless device for pre-sizing of coal or ores contains the frame separating the surface and the regulator of tilt angle of the separating surface. The separating surface is installed at the angle to horizon within 45-75° and implemented in the form of the wear-resistant metal sheet with the bend in the top part for hinged fixing of the sheet on the frame and the bend in the lower part for execution of throwing up of large pieces. Along the whole length of the sheet the cross elements in the form of fittings with the diameter 15-20 mm are fixed with equally spaced intervals. The sheet length is twice greater than its width.EFFECT: increase of productivity and increase of service life of the device.1 dwg
