发明名称 RECOVERING METHOD FOR COPPER FROM CHLORIDE VOLATILE GAS WASHING AQUEOUS SOLUTION
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simply exteraction-recover copper with a simple apparatus in a high yield by chlorination-roasting copper-contg. raw material; allowing the generated volatile chloride of copper to be absorbed in water; and extracting the copper with an org. solvent after pH adjustment. CONSTITUTION:Copper-bearing ore is chlorination-roasted at 800-1400 deg.C to volatilize the copper and other nonferrous metals as chlorides while turning iron contained ferric and preventing it from volatilizing as chloride. The volatilized chlorides are washed with an aq. medium and allowed to be absorbed in the medium. The copper concn. of the medium is lowered to 2-7g/l with a circulating soln. from the final process. This dil. medium is then adjusted to pH 1-2 and onestage- or multistage-treated with a soln. of a cpd. of alpha-hydroxybenzophenoxime type, alpha-hydroxyquinoline type or the like in an org. solvent such as kerosine to extract the copper into the solvent. The copper-free aq. soln. is recycled to the process prior to pH adjustment.</p>
