The present invention discloses a sidewalk having a top cover and a semi-prefabricated building method thereof. The sidewalk comprises a base (1), a pavement positioned above the base (1), vertical columns (2) fixedly connected with the base (1), supporting beams (3) for fixedly connecting the tops of the vertical columns (2), and a top cover (5) fixed on the supporting beams (3), wherein the vertical columns (2) and the supporting beams (3) are prefabricated concrete structures, the tops of every two vertical columns (2) are connected through a supporting beam (3) so as to form an integral supporting frame unit (10), the base (1) is a cast-in-place concrete structure, and the top cover (5) comprises a prefabricated bottom plate unit (51) and a cast-in-place concrete top layer (52) integratedly combined with the prefabricated bottom plate unit (51). With the sidewalk having the top cover, a pedestrian channel having a top cover can be conveniently and rapidly formed, and the top of the channel can form a large area greening area so as to provide a comfortable living environment for residents. |
