The invention relates to the production of cell bodies derived from cell lines. The technique is based on maintaining the cells in a culture and eliminating the medium. This means maintaining the cells, over a period of a week, in a supernatant formed by PBS plus antibiotics and an antimycotic, in incubation at 37°C with 5% of CO2. The invention also relates to the use of the cell bodies produced for generating antitumour immunity.
