PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for predicting motion parameters of a target object.SOLUTION: A method for predicting motion parameters of a target object according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of acquiring a first motion parameter of the target object on the basis of detection data; a step of determining an adjacent region object located around the target object on the basis of the detection data; a step of acquiring a distance between the target object and the adjacent region object; and a step of estimating a probability density function of a second motion parameter of the target object at next timing on the basis of the first motion parameter and the distance between the target object and the adjacent region object.
