<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing sheets, reducing an influence of an air flow on a fibrillation unit, while feeding a material to be fibrillated to the fibrillation unit by the air flow.SOLUTION: A sheet production apparatus 100 comprises: a fibrillation unit 20 for fibrillating a material to be fibrillated in air; a conveyance unit 110 for conveying the material to be fibrillated to the fibrillation unit 20; and a formation unit 70 for forming a sheet S by using a fibrillated material that is fibrillated in the fibrillation unit 20. The conveyance unit 110 has a separation unit 114 for separating the material to be fibrillated conveyed by an air flow and the air flow into the air flow and the material to be fibrillated and conveying the material to be fibrillated to the fibrillation unit 20.</p> |
