A radio frequency excited gas laser and a preparation method therefor. The radio frequency excited gas laser comprises a sealed cavity (1) filled with gas functioning as a laser working medium. A positive electrode plate (6) and a negative electrode plate (7) are mounted inside the sealed cavity (1). An optical reflection mirror surface (5) is formed on an inner side of a front sealing flange (4) of the sealed cavity. An optical reflection mirror surface (3) is formed on an inner side of a rear sealing flange (2) of the sealed cavity. The optical reflection mirror surface (5) formed on the inner side of the front sealing flange (4) and the optical reflection mirror surface (3) formed on the inner side of the rear sealing flange (2) form a resonant cavity. |
