A method for weaving a Vision carpet. The method comprises the steps of: printing a Vision pattern on 14*15 all-cotton double-warp double-weft grid layer machine cloth, the pattern comprising a first check, a second check, a third check and a fourth check; and weaving A-color wool broken heads (1) and A-color wool loop heads (2) in the first check in a circulating mode, weaving B-color real silk broken heads (3) and B-color real silk loop heads (4) in the second check in a circulating mode, weaving D-color real silk loop heads (5) in the third check, and weaving C-color wool loop heads (6) in the fourth check, the height of the A-color wool broken heads (1) and the height of the B-color real silk broken heads (3) being 3.8-4 in 1/8 inch, the height of the A-color wool loop heads (2) and the height of the B-color real silk loop heads (4) being 1.5 in 1/8 inch, and the height of the C-color wool loop heads (6) and the height of the D-color real silk loop heads (5) being 1.8 in 1/8 inch. By means of the weaving method, the production efficiency is high, the stereoscopic layering feeling of the woven carpet is strong, and the cost is lowered. |
