<p>The present disclosure relates to an exhaust ventilation device, method and apparatus (1) for controlling environmental parameters of a room (2). The exhaust ventilation device (1) is of the type that can be mounted to a wall (3) for providing fluid communication between the interior of said room (2) and the outside environment of said room (3), said exhaust ventilation device (1) comprising an exhaust ventilation member (4) and a container structure (5) in which said exhaust ventilation member (4) is adapted to be placed. The exhaust ventilation device (1) is characterized in that it comprises a plurality of sensors (6), each monitoring a physical quantity of air in said room (2), a microprocessor (1) which defines an operating threshold of said exhaust ventilation member (4) according to a program code that is configured to combine the values detected by said plurality of sensors (6), the value of said operating threshold being dynamically adjusted by said at least one microprocessor (7) as said combination of values detected by said plurality of sensors (6) changes.</p> |
