Disclosed is a technique with respect to an apparatus and a method for extracting red ginseng liquid. An apparatus for extracting red ginseng liquid comprises: a container unit accommodating red ginseng and a solvent; a belt drive connected to the container unit to rotate the container unit for a solvent accommodated in the container unit to be moved in a gravity direction to pass through red ginseng; and a rotation control unit connected to the belt drive to control rotation of the container unit. Therefore, by using rotation and gravity of the whole of the container unit, time to extract red ginseng can be shortened by controlling interaction between red ginseng and a solvent to be continuously generated. Moreover, a type and a concentration of ginsenoside to be contained in red ginseng liquid can be controlled in accordance with an object to take red ginseng. |
