The present invention relates to a green hemp (Cannabis sativa Linne) powder preparing apparatus and a method thereof. The apparatus includes: a green hemp separating unit (10) which separates the input raw green hemp into the inner stem, the outer stem, and leaves; a cutting unit (20) which cuts off the green hemp separated from the green hemp separating unit (10); a sap preparing unit (30) which receives the green hemp cut by the cutting unit (30), pressing and bathing he green hemp, and preparing the green hemp sap; a sap extracting unit (40) for extracting the green hemp sap prepared in the sap preparing unit (30); a drying unit (50) which receives the green hemp having the sap removed from the sap preparing unit (30) to heat and dry the green hemp; a grinding unit (60) which grinds the green hemp dried by the drying unit (50) to prepare powder; and a green hemp powder packing unit (70) which packs the green hemp powder ground in the grinding unit (60). The present invention can separate and cut the green hemp using a hydraulic spray method, extract the sap, and dry and grind the remaining green hemp to prepare the green hemp powder. Accordingly, the present invention can prepare the green hemp powder while easily adjusting moisture when using the green hemp powder as a material. |
