The present invention relates to a novel apparatus for preparing a hypochlorous acid directly connected to a water pipe, which can sterilize water, can have an effect of cleaning a pipe through which water is transferred, prevents damage to an electrode, and can be installed in a compact state. According to the present invention, the apparatus for preparing a hypochlorous acid directly connected to a water pipe comprises: a housing (100) including an electrolyte space (120) in which the electrode (110) is embedded, a hydrochloric acid injection hole (130) which has a hydrochloric acid injected through same and then into the electrolysis space (120), and a hypochlorous acid discharge hole (140) through which discharged is a hypochlorous acid that is generated as a hydrochloric acid is electrolyzed by means of the electrode (110); and a joining means (200) which is integrated with the housing (100) and joins the housing (100) with a pipe (2) so as to allow the hydrochlorous acid discharge hole (140) to communicate with the pipe (2) through which water is transferred, such that the a hypochlorous acid, that is discharged from the hypochlorous acid discharge hole (140), is mixed into water that is transferred through the pipe (2). |
