Disclosed is a rotation power transmission unit which suppresses abrasion or overheating fusion by a friction between members coming in contact with each other to transmit rotational power and reduce a loss of power in a motor, and a rotation tool magazine including the same. The rotation power transmission unit comprises: a cam body fixated to a cam shaft, and rotating on a same axis as the cam shaft; a cam including a screw thread protruding along a thread path on an outer circumference of the cam body; a wheel-shaped cam follower body which can be rotated on a rotation axis which is at right angles to the rotation axis of the cam follower body; and a cam follower separated at fixated intervals around the rotation axis of the cam follower body, connected to the cam follower body to be able to rotate, and includes a plurality of roll bearings gradually pressed by the screw thread in a tangential direction on the circumference when the cam rotates. A microwave pattern formed of a plurality of microgrooves extended in a wave shape is formed in an area in contact with the roll bearing on the surface of the cam. Occupation density of the microwave pattern is 10-50% of the area in contact with the roll bearing on the surface of the cam. |
