摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition excellent in discharge stability and adhesion, a recording apparatus and a recording method using the ink composition.SOLUTION: An ink composition comprises a coloring material, water, a first polymer particle and a second polymer particle and is recorded on a heated recording medium. The first polymer particle has a core-shell structure having a first core polymer and a first shell polymer, and the second polymer particle has a core-shell structure having a second core polymer and a second shell polymer. The glass transition temperature(Tg) of the first and second shell polymers is 40°C or higher, and the glass transition temperature Tg of the first shell polymer is higher than the glass transition temperature Tg of the second shell polymer.
