<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy thin film whose applicable light is enlarged more than a metal thin film formed of a single body by suppressing energy loss and bringing a plasma frequency into a shorter wavelength.SOLUTION: An alloy thin film contains, in a parent metal composed of silver or gold, at least one kind selected from the group consisting of oxide, nitride, and oxynitride. Not less than 50 at% nor more than 70 at% of the parent metal is contained in the alloy thin film. A light transmission filter, a light transmission electrode, and a surface plasmon sensor are respectively ones obtainable by applying the alloy thin film.</p> |
