PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tropoelastin expression promoter and an elastin production promoter which are capable of promoting expression of tropoelastin being a precursor of elastin to promote production of elastin in an extracellular matrix.SOLUTION: There are provided a tropoelastin expression promoter and an elastin production promoter which contain trisulfate of chondroitin disaccharide or a salt thereof as an active ingredient.
