<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio signal processing apparatus and program capable of more accurately and easily estimating a background noise section.SOLUTION: An audio signal processing apparatus includes: means for forming a plurality of directivity signals, to each of which a directivity characteristic having a dead angle at a predetermined bearing is granted and whose predetermined bearings of the dead angles are differing from each other, by causing an FFT unit 11 to perform fast Fourier transformation on input audio signals by microphones m1, m2 and causing a first directivity formation unit 12 and second directivity formation unit 13 perform processing on the signal; a coherence calculation unit 14 for obtaining coherence by using the plurality of directivity signals to consider the obtained coherence as a time change signal; a modGI calculation unit 15 for obtaining a feature amount showing the number of times of change of an inclination direction of a waveform of the signal and the magnitude of the change; and a background noise section determination unit 16 for estimating a background noise section depending on the magnitude of the obtained feature amount.</p> |
