<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a fluctuation of a phase due to a CEO on software, unlike the conventional art that corrects the fluctuation of the phase due to the CEO on hardware.SOLUTION: One embodiment according to the present invention provides a distance metering device (100) that comprises: a storage unit (131) that preliminarily stores a change direction matrix about a direction of a change of a fluctuation component of a phase due to a CEO included in interference light; and a CEO correction unit (133) that estimates the fluctuation component from a coefficient matrix adjusted so that a phase on a model matches an actual phase within a prescribed threshold on the basis of the model in which the phase on the model of the interference light is expressed by a sum of a prescribed phase and the fluctuation component and the fluctuation component is expressed by a product of the change direction matrix and the coefficient matrix of the change direction matrix, and corrects the fluctuation component by subtracting the estimated fluctuation component from the actual phase.</p> |
