Provided is a vehicular driving apparatus that can efficiently cool a rotary electrical machine while keeping rotational resistance of a rotor low. The vehicular driving apparatus is provided with a first oil storage part provided so as to communicate with a transmission mechanism accommodation space, a hydraulic pump for supplying oil from the first oil storage part to a rotary electrical machine and a transmission mechanism, a second oil storage part provided inside a rotary electrical machine accommodation space, and a discharged-oil passage for discharging the oil from the second oil storage part to the first oil storage part. A fluid coupling accommodation space is formed axially between the rotary electrical machine accommodation space and the transmission mechanism accommodation space and is configured so that oil is not supplied to the periphery of the fluid coupling, the discharged-oil passage is provided with an inlet opening that opens toward the second oil storage part, and the lowest end of the inlet opening is positioned lower than the lowest end of the rotary electrical machine.
