FLUORINE-CONTAINING RESIN COMPOSITION AND LAMINATE

Provided is a fluorine-containing resin composition which is capable of forming a resin film that has excellent wet heat resistance and excellent solar reflectance. A fluorine-containing resin composition which contains composite particles, a fluorine-containing polymer and a liquid medium. This fluorine-containing resin composition is characterized in that: each of the composite particles is a composite body that is obtained by coating a part or the whole of the surface of an aluminum particle with at least one substance that is selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins and silica; the total amount of the acrylic resin and silica coating is 6-25 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the aluminum particle; and the composite particles have a water surface diffusion area of 14,000-27,000 cm2/g.
