An agricultural baler (10) includes a baling chamber (14) configured to receive a compressible material. The baler includes a plunger (32) proximate a first end (22) of the baling chamber (14) and configured to move within the baling chamber to compress the compressible material into a bale. The baler also includes a rear door assembly (65) having one or more rails (60) positioned at a second end (24) of the baling chamber (14), opposite the first end (22). The rear door assembly (65) has a rear door (52) with parallel tracks (56) configured to receive and to guide a strap (76) around the second end (24) of the baling chamber (14) to facilitate surrounding the bale with the strap (76). The rear door (52) is slidingly coupled to the one or more rails (60) and is configured to move along the one or more rails (60) between a closed position and an open position.
