This invention, which improves responsiveness leading up to the actuation of a brake that applies braking to a motor, includes a motor, a brake that applies braking to said motor by reducing oil pressure and releases said breaking by increasing said oil pressure, a selector valve that can switch between a first position in which the oil pressure in the brake is reduced and a second position in which said oil pressure is increased, a first oil passage that connects the selector valve to the brake, a second oil passage that is connected to the first oil passage and is in communication with a tank, a first restriction provided in the second oil passage, and a second restriction provided in the first oil passage upstream of the point where the first and second oil passages connect. |
