This invention relates to guns for underwater hunting. The present pneumatic underwater gun comprises a body, a receiver, and a barrel with a working piston. The piston is mounted in the barrel bore so as to be capable of sealed axial movement with a working stroke in the firing direction and a loading stroke in a direction opposite to the firing direction. In the rear part of the barrel there is a seat having a coaxial through channel that is connected to a pneumatic bolt. A piston device of the pneumatic bolt is connected to the barrel bore and to the cavity of the receiver and is configured in the form of a piston located in the front part of the pneumatic bolt so as to be capable of sealed axial movement in the mating channel of the barrel seat. The pneumatic bolt is capable of a throttle stroke, in a direction opposite to the firing direction, which is related to the loading stroke of the working piston, and the deceleration working stroke of the pneumatic bolt is spring-loaded in a direction opposite to the firing direction with a force related to windage, where windage is the force produced by a high-speed flow of compressed air during firing and acting on the pneumatic bolt in the direction of firing. |
