A vehicle seat slide device (1) comprises: a movable rail (3) slidable along a stationary rail (2); primary rollers (5) provided at the longitudinal opposite ends of the movable rail (3) and rollable on the bottom wall (6) of the stationary rail (2); brackets (7) rotatably supported on the movable rail (3) by means of a pin (10) so as to be independent of each other in the transverse direction; pressing sections (11) mounted to the movable rail (3) and always applying rotational pressing force, which acts about the pin (10), to the brackets (7) by pressing one end (7d) of each of the brackets (7); and secondary rollers (8) arranged on the other ends (7e) of the brackets (7) and rollable while always being in pressure contact with the top wall (4) of the stationary rail (2) by being subjected to the rotational pressing force. |
