The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to manufacture a metal plate. The method to manufacture the metal plate comprises the following steps of: preparing powder composed of metal particles; forming a raw material sheet by successively rolling a powder into a sheet form; and producing the metal plate by sintering the raw material sheet through an irradiation of a laser beam onto the produced raw material sheet.
