The present invention relate to a processed object transfer device for a multi-process washing device, which is to transfer a processed object to each washing process in a washing device wherein various washing processes of removing foreign substances by washing a surface of a component of a vehicle proceed in order; thus gradually and accurately performing the washing processes. The processed object transfer device comprises: a mounting unit (10) having a plurality of mounting holes (11) to mount the processed object (A) inside a transfer space (3a) of a frame (3) at fixated intervals in a longitudinal direction; and a transfer unit (20) having a transferring bar (22) maintaining a plurality of transfer pieces (21) at the same intervals as the mounting unit (10) on an upper end. The lower end of the transfer unit (20) is mounted and fixated to an end of a driven rotation piece (34) of a crank (33) rotating by being connected to a rotation shaft (31) maintaining the frame (3) in a direction of the cross section to form a rotation unit (30). A plurality of rotation units (30) rotate the crank (33) by an upper and a lower cylinder (41) of an upper and a lower operating unit (40), wherein the upper and lower operating unit (40) comprises the upper and lower cylinder (41) and a connection unit (47) installed in one side in the direction of the cross section of the frame (3); thereby the transfer unit (20) straightly and vertically reciprocating. A transfer roller (R3) is formed on the end of a rotation rod (53) of a rotation cylinder (51) fixated to an other side of the frame, and inserted into a guide groove (56) vertically opened to a transfer guide (55) mounted on one side of the transfer unit (20) to form a transfer unit (50). The transfer unit (50) enables the transfer unit (20) to linearly reciprocate in a longitudinal direction of the frame (30) in a transfer device (2). |
