PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system that can stably supply reformed gas to a hydrodesulfurizer through a recycle path even when the power generation of a fuel battery power generator is low output power generation.SOLUTION: A fuel battery system has a fuel battery power generator 2 for generating power by using fuel and air, a raw material pressure increasing unit 5 for supplying raw material, a hydrodesulfurizer 4 for removing sulfur components contained in the raw material, a reformer 3 for generating reformed gas as fuel from the raw material from which the sulfur components are removed by the hydrodesulfurizer 4, a gas path 21 as a passage through which the generated reformed gas is supplied to the fuel battery power generator 2 and exhaust gas discharged from the fuel battery power generator 2 is led to the outside, a recycle path 7 as a passage which is branched from the gas path 21 and leads a part of the reformed gas to the upstream side of the hydrodesulfurizer 4, and a pressure loss control unit for controlling to vary the pressure loss occurring at a downstream portion of the gas path more greatly than that at a branch portion R1 at which the recycle path 7 is branched from the gas path 21. |
