PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry coat material having high resistance to physical pressure of molten steel flow, and exhibiting sufficient intensity in actual use, even when preheat temperature is about 1200°C.SOLUTION: The dry coat material comprises: a refractory aggregate; a low temperature hardening material including phenol resin; and a middle temperature hardening material including one or more inorganic minerals having crystal water. The dry coat material further comprises one or more high temperature hardening materials selected from FeO, CaCland feldspar. |
