PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact recording device with a simple structure.SOLUTION: There is provided an impact recording device comprising: a power supply unit; an impact power generation element including a first electrode and a second electrode, for converting impact energy into a potential difference between the first electrode and the second electrode; a first transistor including a first gate electrode, a first source electrode and a first drain electrode, and further including a ferroelectric layer and a laminate of semiconductor layers; and a second transistor including a second gate electrode, a second source electrode and a second drain electrode. The second gate electrode is electrically connected to the first electrode, the second drain electrode is electrically connected to the power supply unit, the second source electrode is electrically connected to the first gate electrode, and the first source electrode is electrically connected to the second electrode. |
