PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to visually recognize an information code when normally reading, on the other hand, to make it possible to securely read the information code when reading by using a specific reading device.SOLUTION: In an information code reading system 1, a light-color module region of an information code C added to an information code forming medium 10 is made as an inversion region, and a dark-light module region is made as a non-inversion region. On the other hand, an information code reading device 40 comprises a second illumination light source 44 capable of irradiating the information code forming medium 10 with illumination light of a second wavelength band, and images the information code forming medium 10 in a state in which the information code forming medium 10 is irradiated with the illumination light of the second wavelength band. Then, the inversion region and the non-inversion region are discriminatingly detected in an image of the imaged information code forming medium 10 to extract the light-color module region and the dark-color module region, and the information code C is deciphered on the basis of extraction result. |
