<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a regenerator in a cryogenic refrigeration machine.SOLUTION: In a regenerator included in a cryogenic refrigeration machine 1, a cold storage material accumulates cold generated by expansion of refrigerant gas. A container has a cylindrical shape, and stores the cold storage material, and in the container, refrigerant gas circulates. An insertion member 35 is stored in the container, and has an even thickness in the axial direction of the container. In the insertion member 35, an opening part to be a flow passage of refrigerant gas is at least at an outer peripheral part, and the opening ratio of the whole insertion member 35 is made larger than the opening ratio of the central part of the insertion member 35.</p> |
