<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paper for dyeing capable of enhancing the density and the saturation of color without adjusting the amount of coloring agent, with the texture of base paper remaining.SOLUTION: A base paper surface having a brightness Lof 55 or less in the Labcolor system was coated with a coating liquid containing fine particles having a particle diameter of 500 nm or less, so that the brightness Lis decreased by 1.5 or more to increase the density of color. A base paper surface having a saturation C of 5.0 or more in the Munsell color system was coated with a coating liquid containing fine particles having a particle diameter of 500 nm or less, so that the saturation C is increased by 0.5 or more to enhance the saturation of color. The fine particles preferably contain colloidal silica.</p> |
