<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper part-airtight Tsunami shelter above or below an ordinary production and life space.SOLUTION: A Tsunami shelter 5 provided in a room 3 of the first floor and on the upper floor, is connected via doors 6 and 7 and an airtight stairs room 8, and is easy in going in and out from the lower side, and an upper part is airtightly constituted, and the upper end 19 is provided with an intake and/or exhaust pipe 18 in the Tsunami shelter 5 of exceeding 17 m above the sea level, and the exhaust pipe 18 is used as the intake pipe, and the upper atmosphere is increased in indoor atmospheric pressure by an electrically-driven or manual compressor 25, and intrusion into the Tsunami shelter is prevented.</p> |
