The present invention relates to a waste resin recycling apparatus performing a cutting operation and a melting operation at the same time. More specifically, the apparatus includes: a body unit (10) for mounting each configuration element; a rotation shaft (210) which is formed in the body unit (100) and is connected to a cutting unit driving motor (230) while having cutting blades (211) formed on the outer periphery; a cutting unit which is formed on top of the body unit (100), has the rotation shaft (210) fitted to the inside, and has a case having an inlet (221) and a movement path (223) formed on sides of the upper and lower parts; a housing (300) which is formed to protrude from a side of the body unit (100) in a horizontal direction and has a side connected to the movement path (223) and the inside connected to a screw driving motor (340) in order to discharge the melted resin; and heating units (400) formed respectively on the exteriors of the case (220) and housing (300) to transmit heat to melt the waste resin. Accordingly, the present invention can maintain the original objective of the melting apparatus while not having location limitations regarding the installation. The cutting unit can remove moisture while cutting even when the waste resin includes the moisture to enable a smooth melting process. The waste resin is quickly melted by the heating unit before being discharged for multiple times, thereby ensuring the economic efficiency, shortening the work time and power consumption, and enabling easy maintenance and repairs. |
