The present invention relates to a crude oil scheduling method and apparatus, the crude oil scheduling method comprising the steps of: (A) setting, as at least one virtual storage tank, at least one storage tank of at least one oil tanker which will arrive in a loading and unloading area in a predetermined management target period, and determining an ideal crude oil combination process for producing a petroleum product having at least the characteristic condition with reference to information about crude oil stored in at least one virtual storage tank and real storage tanks; and (B) determining loading and unloading for crude oil of at least one storage tank of at least one oil tanker, and determining crude oil combination processes based on loading and unloading for producing a petroleum product having at least one characteristic condition with reference to the information about the loaded and unloaded crude oil; and (C) determining an optimal crude oil combination process of the crude oil combination processes based on loading and unloading. Accordingly, it is possible to optimize a production process in terms of product production management, it is possible to produce an optimal petroleum product by minimizing production costs, it is possible to optimally determine a process plan of crude oil during a predetermined schedule management period, and thus it is possible to optimally manage the overall schedule of an oil refinery such as determination of the kind and quantity of crude oil to be introduced, inventory management, and product production plan according to demand. |
