A method for manufacturing a micro emulsion in accordance with the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) preparing an internal aqueous dispersion solution by dispersing display particles into an internal aqueous solvent; (b) forming a water/oil (W/O) micro emulsion by mixing the internal aqueous dispersion solution with an organic solvent; and (c) forming a water/oil/water (W/O/W) double micro emulsion by mixing the W/O micro emulsion with an external aqueous solvent.
