The present invention relates to a garlic skin removing device which can separate and discharge foreign material and skin and stably, finely, and actively remove skin. The garlic skin removing device comprises: a base having multiple supports; a support plate horizontally formed on an upper end of the support; multiple springs formed on an upper surface of the support plate; a transferring rod formed on an upper end of the spring, having a closed one end and the other opened end therein, including a moving path with a flat inner surface and both sloped sides, having a mesh net formed on an upper surface of a front end of the transferring path to discharge foreign material, and having a collecting hole adhered onto a lower surface of the transferring path corresponding to the mesh net; a pair of vibration motors individually mounted on both side surfaces of the transferring rod; and a skin discharging unit formed on the base and support plate, and discharging the skin to the outside of the transferring path by spraying air to an upper surface of the transferring path.
