Disclosed in the present invention are an in-network message processing method, in-network message forwarding equipment and an in-network message processing system. The method comprises: the forwarding equipment establishing corresponding virtual equipment for each controller on the forward equipment according to an indication of a resource manager; establishing a flow table on the corresponding virtual equipment according to a flow table establishment message of the controller; saving a corresponding relationship between a first identification of the to-be-established flow table carried in the flow table establishment message and a second identification of the flow table, established according to the flow table establishment message, on the forwarding equipment; receiving a flow entry establishment message of the controller, the flow entry establishment message carrying a flow entry to be established and the first identification of the flow table for storing the flow entry; obtaining the second identification corresponding to the first identification according to the corresponding relationship, and storing the flow entry in the flow table corresponding to the obtained second identification; receiving a data message and processing the data message according to the flow entry in the flow table corresponding to the second identification. The embodiment of the present invention can improve network efficiency.
