An apparatus 10 for removing slurry from a body of fluid includes four suction pipes 16 end compressed gas supply lines 18 that in use deliver compressed gas to an interior free end region of the suction pipes 18. A connector for connecting a hose (not shown) in fluid flow communication with the suction pipes 18 is provided for in use permitting discharge of the slurry at a location remote the body of fluid. |
