The present invention relates to solid oral pharmaceutical compositions comprising cinacalcet or a salt thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to solid oral pharmaceutical compositions comprising cinacalcet or a salt thereof and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient other than disintegrating agent. Further, provided is process of preparing solid oral pharmaceutical compositions of cinacalcet or a salt thereof. The invention further relates to a method of treating secondary hyperparathyroidism and hypercalcemia in patients in need thereof by using such compositions.
