The purpose of the present invention is to obtain coordinate of a point which can be used for searching the structure data. The present invention comprises: a memory unit (1a) memorizing a structure data including coordinates of a peak of a plurality of polygons representing a structure (2) in three-dimension; an operating unit (1b) calculating coordinate of a point (P1) which is used for calculating a feature amount, when the structure data and a peak of a plurality of polygons are displayed in a graph, according to an arrangement in the space of a plurality of polygons, with reference to the structure data. In the operating unit (1b), the coordinates of the calculated point (P1) is saved in the memory unit in association with the structure data. |
