The present invention relates to a flexible copper foil laminate and, more specifically, to a flexible copper foil laminate for wireless charging and a near field communication antenna, comprising: an insulating layer composed of insulating polymers; a first copper foil layer arranged above the insulating layer and forming a wireless charging part for receiving an induced electric current generated by an external charging pad; and a second copper foil layer arranged below the insulating layer and forming a near field communication (NFC) antenna part for wirelessly transceiving near field data, wherein the thickness of the first copper foil layer is different from the thickness of the second copper foil layer. According to the flexible copper foil laminate for wireless charging and a near-field communication antenna and a manufacturing method thereof, which are provided by the present invention, the flexible copper foil laminate comprises: an insulating layer composed of insulating polymers; a first copper foil layer arranged above the insulating layer and forming a wireless charging part for receiving an induced electric current generated by an external charging pad; and a second copper foil layer arranged below the insulating layer and forming an NFC antenna part for wirelessly transceiving near field data. Accordingly, charging efficiency can be enhanced as the thickness of the copper foil of the wireless charging part can be increased while reducing the total volume of the laminate via the reduction of the thickness of the NFC antenna part by allowing the thickness of the first copper foil layer to be appropriate for wireless charging by ranging from 100 to 110 μm (3 oz) and allowing the thickness of the second copper foil layer to be appropriate only for the function of an NFC antenna or the function of connecting wiring by ranging from 1.0 to 1.5 μm (1/3 oz). |
