Abstract This invention relates to a reduced-pressure treatment system. The system comprises a manifold; a gasket comprising a first side and a second side; and an over-drape placed over the manifold and attached to the first side of the gasket. A reduced-pressure source is coupled to the manifold and operable to deliver reduced pressure to the manifold. The over-drape is sealed to the gasket by a bead of a first attachment apparatus. A second attachment apparatus is disposed on the second side of the gasket and adapted to be attached to a periwound area of an epidermis.
