PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determining method for an industrial machine by which a malfunction of a current control system in motor control is detected to quickly stop the system, and specify a factor of the malfunction of the current control system to quickly restore the system.SOLUTION: A determining unit 40 monitors the absolute value of the difference between a current instruction I* output by a speed controller 3 and a current detection value Iq output by a dq converter 11, and the absolute value of the difference between a motor speed instruction ω* output by a position controller 2 and a motor speed detection value ω output by a processor 9, and transmits abnormality information to a movement instruction generator 1 and stops transmission of a movement instruction to the position controller 2 when the absolute values increase to be equal to or more than predetermined values. Furthermore, the determining unit 40 transmits an operation signal for instructing power-off to an operation unit 21 of a power supply unit 10 to cut off an opening/closing unit 20 of the power supply unit 10 and stop power supply to an amplifier 6. |
