PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the heat stability of amadoriase-containing compositions, amadoriase-containing compositions with an improved heat stability, and compositions for measurement of glycosylated hemoglobin using the same.SOLUTION: The amadoriase-containing composition of the invention is obtainable by co-existence of one or more of dicarboxylic acid, tricarboxylic acid, polycarboxylic acid, phosphoric acid, or phosphate ester, or a salt thereof with an amadoriase in which an amino acid at a position corresponding to histidine at position 312 is in common in a specific amino acid sequence, or an amino acid at a position corresponding to histidine at position 310 is in common in another specific amino acid sequence. The invention provides amadoriase-containing compositions with improved heat stability, storage stability, and the like as well as compositions for measurement of glycosylated hemoglobin. |
