The mental health care support device includes contradiction determination means for determining whether there is a contradiction between an automatic thought and a feeling, on the basis of an automatic thought expression expressing the automatic thought of the counselee or an automatic thought category in which the automatic thought of the counselee is classified into prescribed category, and the feeling expression expressing the feeling of the counselee when the automatic thought occurs or a feeling category in which the feeling of the counselee is classified into prescribed category.

a memory which stores a correspondence table including a correspondence between an automatic thought expression expressing or an automatic thought category, and a feeling expression or a feeling category, a contradiction determination unit configured to determine whether there is a contradiction between an automatic thought and a feeling, on the basis of the automatic thought expression expressing the automatic thought of the counselee or the automatic thought category in which the automatic thought of the counselee is classified into prescribed category, and the feeling expression expressing the feeling of the counselee when the automatic thought occurs or the feeling category in which the feeling of the counselee is classified into prescribed category and the correspondence table.
