Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications. Disclosed are a CQI measurement subframe configuration method, a base station and a user equipment, which can improve CQI measurement accuracy of the UE and improve a cell throughput rate. The method provided by the embodiment of the present invention comprises: receiving an interference neighbor cell identifier, sent by a UE, of the UE; obtaining almost blank subframe (ABS) configuration information according to the interference neighbor cell identifier of the UE, the ABS configuration information being an ABS configuration of an interference neighbor cell corresponding to the interference neighbor cell identifier; configuring an ABS measurement subframe and a none almost blank subframe (NonABS) measurement subframe for the UE according to the ABS configuration information about the interference neighbor cell of the UE; and sending the ABS measurement subframe and the NonABS measurement subframe to the UE so that the UE performs first CQI measurement according to the ABS measurement subframe and performs second CQI measurement according to the NonABS measurement subframe. |
